We are so honored to host the Black Swan Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Casa Mariposa. Our next upcoming training will be January 2020. Our training consists of not only the core topics such as anatomy, history, asana, alignment, hands on assisting, introduction to prenatal but, also self reflective work and healing.
