When our chakras energy centers are tuned and balanced and our energetic system is aligned and flowing freely, we become in-tune with our personal nature and Spirit, which allows us to expand our awareness and elevate our consciousness. Its all about feeling safe in our bodies and knowing the tools and mechanics to bring it into balance whenever things get a little out of tune.

Chakra Tuning through Vocal Toning works on the body’s energetic system (chakras, meridians and gateways) to channel life energy also known as prana, mana, chi, ki throughout the body, for health, harmony, wholeness and well-being by moving energy with simple, self-created, Vocal Toning techniques.

During this 2-hour Experiential Meditation Workshop, you will learn how to Vocal Tone seven simple vowels sounds and synchronize the vibrations from those sounds to each of the seven chakras with mindful intention of self-love and self-compassion for self-healing and meditation.

Chakra Tuning uses simple Vocal Toning techniques and Guided Meditation to remove stress and stuck energy and release emotional blockages within the body by clearing, cleansing, and balancing the Chakras and gateways with harmonic tones of healthy higher frequency energy.
