Come and experience an evening of Community Storytelling through Art, Music, Word & Food.
*FIVE POETS will perform their self-expression through the written word
*FIVE VISUAL ARTISTS will be showing their work displayed during the event
*FIVE SINGER/SONGWRITERS will share their original music
*FIVE ARTISANS/CRAFTERS will be vending their handcrafted goods
and ONE CHEF
will all share their stories, creations and expressions throughout the evening
Our event will feature a food popup of Cuban sandwiches from the original bodega in Miami straight to San Antonio.
Come eat, come listen, come see, come be in community celebration as 5 Points Local opens for this one-night special event!

We recognize that gathering in community is a gift and this is our gift to share with our community.
Beginning in August, Third Eye Tribe is scheduling donation-based sessions, workshops and classes at 5 Points Local for any teachers or facilitators who want to offer donation-based sessions, workshops, trainings, etc. for new or existing students.
All donations for Third Eye Tribe offered during Fifth Friday (and from the donation-based events in the future) will allow us to continue our mission: to create conscious community. Through Novemeber 2021, we will do this by offering donation-based healing modalities to our community, and offer the opportunity, time and place for teachers and students to come together and share.

Lisa Asvestas is the founder of Third Eye Tribe at 5 Points Local. Lisa shares, "We are about creating conscious community. That’s why we’re here. ‘Our mission is to create conscious community through providing Shamanic Breathwork, the Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process, Reiki, Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremony, and other holistic healing modalities.’ This is a different way to bring community together and that’s what we really need right now. Is to bring community together to heal. It was through my own journey - through my own healing - my own process of transformation that this space - came into being or birthed itself through my healing process. As I began to do my own healing work - I realized I was meant to bring community together. It’s what allowed me to transform.”
