Learn songs of native tradition of the 4 directions with RainCloud, Andrea Calderón, medicine woman and spiritual healer from Colombia who will be visiting San Antonio this January. Come and share sacred space to learn and go deeper in the understanding of traditional songs and prayers of Andean ceremonies and different Altars.

At this sacred circle, Andrea will be sharing:

• Instruction on sacred instruments water drum & rattle

• Spiritual songs /healing songs

• Ancestral oral tradition

• Songs for the medicine, songs for the sunrise, water spirit songs, traveling songs

• A recording of all songs will be sent to attendees

Andrea Calderón is one of the first women to lead the Chief drum of Sundance and is renowned for her ceremonial chants with her companion and spiritual leader Santiago Andrade. They guard different Altars including Vision Quest and Sundance. Their family works for the recovery of ancestral knowledge and traditional Sumak Kawsay cosmovision of the grandfathers of the Andes. They are kurakas and famed for their songs of the Awakolla medicine around the world.
