S.H.I.P. Initiations offer experiential retreats to transform consciousness and for deep inner-healing by first coming together in nature, on the land, and in community and second by listening to, sharing with, and supporting everyone as a community in harmony with all. During the retreat weekends, we create sacred-space honoring our ancestors, we are grateful for all our experiences, and we celebrate our growth by Walking the Spiral Path with never-ending, life-long initiations.

Walking the Spiral Path empowerment brings wholeness and healing back into our lives, the lives of those we love, and the world at large by helping us to learn how to embody an expanded, shamanic consciousness through journeys beyond the limitations of our ego-identity and shape-shift into our sacred, soul-purpose.

On this Spiral Path, initiates have an opportunity to release the blocks to higher love and wisdom by regaining parts of their lost soul and remembering the magic of who they truly are. When we heal old wounds and transform dysfunctional patterns, our inner-shaman awakens to access greater love, wisdom, and power, flowing from within. As soulful integration and cathartic changes occur during ecstatic moments while in community sharing, listening, and supporting on a personal and collective level, Initiates are set free to stand in their authentic being and walk a heart-filled path which allows them to truly show up for friends, family, and community.

The Shamanic Breathwork® Process is a powerful healing tool and each of the five S.H.I.P. Initiation Retreat Weekends include the transformational Shamanic Breathwork® experiential journey. We create a safe space for ceremony and include breath techniques coupled with activating chakra-attuned music, focused bodywork and artistic expression followed by community sharing that inspires Initiates to reconnect to their own inner-healer and awaken their Shaman within. Initiates step into life as an authentic, grounded, creative, and energized person, sharing their gifts with those they love and the world.

S.H.I.P. Initiation Retreat Weekend (IRW) is a journey, a series of six transformative initiations designed to accelerate and awaken spiritual consciousness by; removing obstacles to true growth, letting go of old story lines that no longer serve us and step into our sacred purpose in this lifetime by releasing outdated programs, unhealthy patterns, dictated behaviors, and limited beliefs.

During IRW Initiates agree to support this process and all that shows up for their transformational lessons and healing levels.

Successful S.H.I.P. Initiates are committed to letting go of a self-seeking consciousness and becoming the change they wish to see in the world, by stepping into the rebirth of the Shamanic consciousness for our times.

This work is important, and we recognize there are many ways to transform as we are all going through an awareness cycle to discover the way.

Community Space: There are daily chores and responsibilities for all the Initiates to share in and mealtime preparation, cooking and cleaning are part of this shared community experience. Conversations around roles and responsibilities can be tough to have and share with others. We hold space those conversations during IRW. We recognize there is lots to do, as we learn there is lots to undo, we offer a safe space to discuss new beginnings.

Initiates learn to consciously use the five cycles to make positive changes in their life, for their family and friends and for their community.

7/1/21 – 7/4/21 – S.H.I.P. IRW 2 – Family of Origin – Earth Initiation
Initiates understand how childhood and family relationships affect life today. Initiates use the SBP to journey beyond the limits of ego-self and discover the medicine of Family-of-Origin. Initiates break through old patterns and programming to rewrite family lineage. Initiates shape shift and transform ancestral wounding and liberate the soul.

9/2/21 – 9/5/21 – S.H.I.P. IRW 3 – The Shadow – Fire Initiation
Initiates dive into the unconscious mind, explore the darker aspects of Shadow Nature, and reclaim power by discovering the Gold Within to understand the dark side (what Jung called the Shadow) and accept the unloved part of self. Initiates develop authentic compassion for the whole self.

11/4/21 – 11/7/21 – S.H.I.P. IRW 4 – The Inner Beloved – Spirit Initiation
Initiates reconcile the opposites that war within and discover the inner beloved by using the SBP to breathe into heart, connecting the inner and outer beloved. Initiates learn to open their heart and heal heartbreak, rekindle and discover their passion, while falling in love with self and beginning to co-create a life of magic, love, and wisdom.

1/13/22 – 1/16/22 – S.H.I.P. IRW 5 – Soul Purpose – Air Initiation
Initiates understand, “We are the ones we have been waiting for,” and download “Future Self” by stepping into their power and purpose and connecting to the wisdom of the future.

The five S.H.I.P. Initiation Retreat Weekends are offered over the course of one year and folks are welcome to experience the IRWs in any order. Individuals may take part in any one or more of the five S.H.I.P. Initiation Retreat Weekends for their own personal transformation or as part of the training program without having to commit to the entire IRW series.

Complete the five S.H.I.P. Initiation Retreat Weekends to become eligible as an ordained Shamanic Minister.

Spiral Dance Ranch:
Initiation Retreat Weekend is an active retreat held in the South Texas Hill Country, just two hours west of San Antonio, at the beautiful 26-acre, Spiral Dance Ranch. A fresh-water, canyon-creek and clear, bubbling-springs flow through the property. The main building at the ranch has stairs which Initiates use often to access the Great Hall for sessions. This is a rustic experience; shower is outdoors, toilet is compost, the terrain is natural and can be hazardous. There is no internet or cell phone service in the canyon. Please be prepared to be completely out of touch and electronic devices switched off.

S.H.I.P. Initiation Retreat Weekend Schedule:
Thursday:
12pm – Campers arrive to set up.
4pm – All others arrive; Check-In
7pm – Opening Ceremony; Meet, greet and introductions.
8pm – Evening fire.

Friday and Saturday:
9am – S.H.I.P. Program.
3pm – Exploration Walk.
8pm – Evening fire.

Sunday:
10am – S.H.I.P. Program, brunch, Closing Circle and Last Words.
1pm- Check out.

Total Cost: $625
• Make a $125 deposit to hold your space.
• Final payment is due prior to IRW check-in.
• IRW is open to 12 Initiates.

Cost of the Initiation Retreat Weekend covers:
• S.H.I.P. Initiation Program.
• Shamanic Breathwork Journey.

• Dormitory sleeping indoors or camping outdoors.
• Light fare for breakfast and dinner. A substantial, family style vegetarian meal will be served daily during the retreat.

PLEASE NOTE: Light breakfast and dinner will be available during the retreat. Initiates are responsible for all additional protein, snacks, etc. as you see fit. There is a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, kettle for hot water, and water to share. An outdoor grill will also be available for use.

Accommodations:
Initiates can choose between
(1) Outdoor camping on the property with your own gear and materials
(2) Co-ed indoor bunk style dormitory in a large shared room

Prerequisite:
Read the Four Agreements and practice the Four Agreements during the Initiation Retreat Weekend as a foundation for interacting and integrating new behaviors.
Note: Folks can take the Initiations in any order and there is no prior initiation needed to attend any of the Initiation Retreat Weekends.

Third Eye Tribe will provide light fare for breakfast and dinner during the retreat. A large family style vegetarian lunch will be offered each day. This Initiation Retreat Weekend (IRW) is held at Spiral Dance Ranch, Utopia Texas, USA.
Plan on a 2-hour drive from San Antonio. Carpooling is highly encouraged.
